TAHOE DONNER
Full Gut Remodel + Garage & Living-Space Addition
THE PROJECT
“This Tahoe Donner project was a full gut remodel combined with a substantial garage and living-space addition for an active mountain sports family. Ed Lupyak of RGA created a beautiful, highly efficient design that made the most of the existing home while adding the space and functionality the clients needed for their Tahoe lifestyle. GDC brought the design to life with a complete transformation of the home, blending warm natural wood, stone, and modern exterior finishes to create a refined but comfortable mountain aesthetic. The result is a true modern alpine chalet — spacious, functional, and designed to feel completely at home in the Tahoe Donner setting.”
